We're excited to introduce RaceOS! RaceOS is redefining race timing. With RaceOS's revolutionary timing technology race directors and timers can enhance the participant experience, streamline race day operations, and lower costs. Our mission is to enhance the race day experience for participants and event management professionals in order to help improve the lives of others through greater participation in endurance events by feeding the endurance event flywheel. Better race experiences lead to happier and healthier participants who return for more events in the future which helps improve outcomes for event management professionals, whether that's raising more money for their cause or reaching a larger audience.
RaceOS is founded by current and former race directors, coaches, athletes, and technologists. We saw a common pain point for event management professionals and timers - expensive, time consuming, volunteer and logistics intensive race timing - as well as participants. Race timing is still stuck in decades old technology. So we've set out to deliver a modern technology platform that simplifies event timing setup and helps race directors lower costs, reduce volunteer dependencies, and streamline timing operations so they can focus on putting on a great event. We do this by providing an affordable, accurate, and easy to use timing solution with all of the modern features event management professionals and participants alike expect based on their technology first experiences throughout the rest of their lives. From intuitive, easy to use interfaces to point and click Integrations, streamlined data sync across race platforms, robust data reporting and analytics, and the ability to connect with participants anywhere, anytime - RaceOS will offer a reimagined timing technology.
Running race participation is growing at a rapid rate with around 50 million runners in the US alone and popularity growing over 57% in the last 10 years. Today we live in a technology first society. Race Directors, event managers, timers, and participants all expect a frictionless technology experience and RaceOS is here to deliver that experience for the endurance event community, helping to drive growth for race management professionals and keep more runners running in the many great events offered.
RaceOS will launch our revolutionary timing technology publicly in 2025.
